windscreen misting up in cold weather fault codes

Windscreen is misting up bad and heaters take along time to demist. I have 3 fault codes which are

3 Faults Found:
01272 - Positioning Motor for Central Flap (V70) 
            000 -  -  - Intermittent
00710 - Defroster Flap Positioning Motor (V107) 
            000 -  -  - Intermittent
01274 - Air Flow Flap Positioning Motor (V71) 
            000 -  -  - Intermittent

Can anybody help with this please? Ive heard you can relearn them with vcds would this fix the fault and how isit done?

basic reset 

clear faults first

[Select]
[08 - Heating/Air Conditioning]
[Basic Settings - 04]
 Group 001
[Go!]
 Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
 The basic setting takes approximately 40 seconds.
[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]


that should do it
